This electric towel warmer uses broad, flat panels for quick heating and drying of towels, clothes, and blankets. Because the warmer uses only 115 watts--about that of an incandescent light bulb--they can run continuously, keeping towels at a comfortably warm temperature in winter, and drying them swiftly in summer (when moist towels can pick up disagreeable odors from slow drying). Compared to the average 4,900 watts of a clothes dryer, this warmer's efficiency also makes it an excellent alternative for drying out wet winter clothes and swimsuits.
