Caring for Smith & Hawken Teak Furniture

Teak may be left outdoors year-round in all climates.
The surface of teak wood will weather to a silver-grey color, protecting the heartwood beneath.
The wood can be easily cleaned using a soft bristled brush, mild soap and water. Never power wash teak furniture.
When teak furniture is not in use, consider using Smith & Hawken furniture covers. Offered at exceptional prices, these durable tarps protect outdoor tables and chairs from rain, snow, sun, tree sap, birds and leaf stains. They're sewn from tough, waterproof vinyl, lined with 12-gauge polyester and reinforced with heat-sealed seams. Each cover is tailored to the dimensions of tables we sell; the covers fit other standard sets as well. Vented to prevent mildew, the covers have ties for wind-resistant closure.

With 20 vivid colors and patterns to choose from, you can dress your outdoor furniture in fabric that is stylish and made to last. Each cushion is generously filled with the highest quality polyester and foam for quick drying and superior loft. Crafted from durable, solution-dyed acrylic Sunbrella® fabric to withstand extremes of sunlight, temperature and moisture, without fading or mildewing. Covers unzip for cleaning.

Quick Ship

Apple Green, Green Tweed, Sand and Terra Cotta cushions are available for all collections via Quick Ship delivery (two weeks). Other colors can be custom ordered; please allow four to five weeks for delivery.
