Candle Bay was started in June 2002 by two brothers who wanted to bring their high quality and unique brand of candles to the public. Candle Bay stocks some of the most unique candles you will find and offers them to the public at a great price, making sure quality is not compromised. Our mission is to satisfy each customer by providing personalized service and great prices. Candle Bay doesn�t have the big bucks of other online retailers, and must rely on repeat customers and word of mouth, making us a very customer-oriented company. Shipping
Delivery time will depend on product availability and shipping time. The following shipping options are available and refer to shipping time of all "in stock" items. All orders will be shipped after processing of the order (usually within 1-2 business days).
Returns
Candle Bay strives to satisfy the customer, without you we wouldn't be in business. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.
If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Send only via US Mail (NOT UPS or FedEx) and DO NOT require a signature. Include a Delivery Confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered by USPS.
