How Do I use these Coupons? |

There are 2 different ways to receive these coupon codes from Playboy Store
1. If there is a coupon code, first copy the code. Then click on activate coupon or deal. In the final stages of the checkout process you will be asked to enter the coupon code.
2. If a coupon code is not needed, then just activate the coupon or deal and it will be automatically applied to your order when you checkout.
Note: Be sure to double check that your coupon code has been applied before submitting your order. If it has not, please report
it to us so that we may either fix the discount listing or remove it.

Shipping
We fill and ship orders the next business day after we receive them. PlayboyStore.com ships either USPS or UPS to the contiguous 48 states. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via Priority Mail for the same low charge. Most orders will be delivered within 14 business days after they are received. Your credit card will not be charged until merchandise is shipped to you. Any item(s) not in stock when you place your order will be shipped at no additional charge to you when they return to stock.
Returns
Every item you purchase from the Playboy Store comes with a return privilege. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your selections. If any item you receive is defective or you receive incorrect merchandise, we promise to make it right with a refund or exchange up to one month after you receive your purchase.
Please contact Customer Service via e-mail at pbstore@playboy.com or call us toll-free at (800) 993-6339 Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT and Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT to obtain a prepaid postage label, which you may use to return merchandise to us for a refund or exchange.
You may exchange any item for the same thing or something else. Please indicate your preference on the back of your packing slip and include it with any returned merchandise. All returns purchased on a credit card will be credited to your account first, then a new order will be placed on the same account for the exchange. This will appear on your credit card statement as a credit followed by a new charge.
If you wish to receive a refund, please indicate on the back of your packing slip why you are returning the item. Your credit card account will be refunded the same day the return is processed in our warehouse. Please note that we only refund shipping and handling when an error has been made by us during processing.
