Wow. This is a very nice top called a Front Button Flutter. Very artistic, with clothing elements you’d likely see on clothing at a Ren Faire, but modernized for today’s woman. The top has a hip length hem, gently pleated in the front and back for a slightly fitted look. Most of the fabric is done in an olive and white botanical pattern, very ornate and quite lovely. The sleeves are beautifully puffed and gathered in tight cuffs at the elbows so they have plenty of flowing, rumpled creases in them. The neck is scooped and has a 5-button placket below it in an inset panel of a different pattern. The fabric is 100% cotton for comfort and breathability, though you will have to treat it with a little more care than many cotton shirts. Hand wash only please.
