Hat World, Corp. also operates 15 HATZONE stores in the United States and 17 CAPCONNECTION stores in Canada. Every shop offers a vast assortment of college, MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL teams, as well as other specialty fashion categories all in the latest styles and colors. Some locations also offer a strong complimentary line of licensed apparel, and custom embroidery. Typically offering more than 1,000 different hats in each store, LIDS and HATWORLD target the sports fan as well as the fashion-conscious and trend-savvy mid-teen to mid-20s customer. Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Without a receipt or packing slip, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit in the form of a gift card. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase date will be in the form of a gift card and will be returned at the current retail price. Items returned after 6 months of purchase will not be accepted. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.
Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship hats back to lids or hatworld, are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges (up to $4.99) if the returned item is defective or miss-shipped. Please include a postal receipt in your return package.
When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on lids or hatworld.
Due to carrier transit times, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your package for your return to be processed completely.
